Nutritional Advice

You can do all the exercise in the world, but if your diet isn't up to scratch, you won’t see the results that you've worked so hard for.

Don’t be alarmed! We’re not going to force you onto a strict diet of lettuce leaves and rosewater. Instead, we’ll talk you through some guide plans, and work with you to design a plan that you’ll enjoy sticking to. We want you to be eating food that’s:

  • Delicious
  • Satisfying
  • Healthy

Ideally, in that order!

To make things easier, we’ll encourage you to keep a food diary for a couple of weeks. They can be surprisingly informative. We've put together a template for you to use – if you would like a copy, just send us an email.
